Manuscripts sent by the author to the open journal system will be followed up by the editor, the editor will send the manuscript from the author to the reviewer, and the reviewer will send the review results to the system, then the editor will send the review results to the author, the review process uses a double blind system, manuscripts that are not accordingly will be rejected by the editor. Decisions are absolute and non-negotiable.
